The Garden voted one of Broadcast’s Best Places To Work 2024

What makes The Garden an inclusive place to work:

We’ve signed up to We Are Doc Women’s 50:50 female director pledge and offer mentorship and management training for senior staff as well as compiling freelancer’s feedback on each production so that we can consider any improvements they can make.
