Victoria joined The Garden in 2017, and is Executive Assistant to Joint CEO John Hay, COO Fee Freed and Creative Director Nic Brown.

As well as managing the directors’ diary and travel arrangements, Victoria also oversees the office assistants and office management and organises any company events.

Victoria previous worked at Banijay Group as an events manager and executive assistant, having started her career in the industry at RDF Television.
