Damian joined The Garden in March 2026 to establish its inhouse legal department for the company. He has worked on a range of programmes across both unscripted and scripted genres for the indie community, managing the legal, compliance and business affairs life cycle of productions from development through to distribution.

His recent credits include Devil in the Family: The Fall of Ruby Franke (Hulu), Trainwreck: The Astroworld Tragedy (Netflix), The Great British Bake Off (C4) and The Stolen Girl (Disney+).
