Dee came to talent management after years of nurturing talent both on productions and as a Head of Development. From the Grierson Best Documentary Kingdom Of Us to the Emmy Award winning Brat Camp and Broadcast Digital nominated My Mate’s A Muslim, she has worked across many genres and supported off-screen talent along the way.

As a result she was selected as one of the inaugural Breakthrough Leaders In Television by The TV Collective in 2021. Dee is committed to supporting an inclusive workforce and helping talent excel in the industry.
