Lucie Duxbury

Head of Programmes

Since joining The Garden in January 2016, Lucie has worked across more than 60 hours of television as Executive Producer, including the first BAFTA nominated series of 24 Hours in A&E and Channel 4’s first nightly-stripped medical series, Emergency. 

Prior to The Garden, she spent 10 years making arts and history series for Channel 4 and the BBC and directing documentary brands including Educating…, 24 Hours in A&E and 24 Hours in Police Custody.

As Head of Programmes, she works with the Creative Director to support the production and delivery of the company’s entire slate.
