Jo Harcourt-Smith

Executive Producer

Jo joined the Garden in 2023. She brings a wide range of experience across Factual Entertainment and reality shows. Among her recent Executive Producer credits are the Celebrity version of Race Across The World (BBC1), the first series of hit format Snowflake Mountain for Netflix and also the US, Brazilian and French series of The Circle for Netflix (she speaks fluent French and Portuguese). She worked on the first series of Gogglebox before later returning to SP for three series. She has been Series Editor of The Apprentice (BBC1) and was recently part of the senior team for C4’s Make Me Prime Minister.  She was also the SP on over 100 episodes of C4’s daytime hit Four in a Bed.

Jo started her career as a staff member at ITV – where she was Producer/Director on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories, Come Dine With Me, The Pride of Britain Awards and worked on a huge variety of shows, from a documentary about sleep disorders to Hell’s Kitchen and Dancing on Ice.
